Data Deletion Instructions
If you have an Enki account and wish to delete your data, you have two options:
Log in to ask.ecoe.ai, go to your host space and delete your account from the settings. All your data (properties, knowledge base, conversations) will be permanently deleted.
Send a deletion request to info@ecoe.ai with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
