Effective as of June 25, 2026
Enki's Founder Program (ask.ecoe.ai) offers free access to the service during the beta phase to the first 200 registered properties, in exchange for their feedback. These terms outline the rights and obligations of both parties.
Founder members receive: — Free access to all available features during the beta phase — 1 property included — Custom QR code — Lifetime preferential rate when paid plans launch — Priority access to new features
To maintain free founder access, the member must sign in to their Enki space at least once every 90 days (3 months). If inactivity approaches this limit, a warning email will be sent 15 days before the deadline. Access will be automatically suspended after 90 days of inactivity. It can be reactivated by contacting info@ecoe.ai.
The preferential rate guaranteed to founder members will be communicated before the launch of paid plans, with a minimum 30-day notice. This rate is guaranteed personally and is non-transferable. It applies as long as the member maintains active founder status and the Enki service is operational.
ECOE inc. reserves the right to modify features, usage limits, or program terms, with 30 days' notice sent by email. In the event of a substantial modification that is unfavorable to founder members, they may cancel their account without charge.
In the event of permanent closure of Enki, founder members will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. During this period, an export of their data (knowledge base, property settings) will be made available in downloadable format. No financial compensation is owed in the event of closure during the free beta phase.
ECOE inc. may terminate a member's founder access in the event of: — Violation of the general terms of use — Abusive or fraudulent use of the service — Extended inactivity beyond 90 days without reactivation Outside of these cases, founder access is maintained indefinitely as long as the service is operational.
Enki is provided in beta phase, which means interruptions, bugs, or changes are possible. ECOE inc. cannot be held liable for indirect losses related to temporary service unavailability. Free founder access does not constitute a service contract with availability guarantees.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montreal, Quebec.
