Enki ("we") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
We collect the data you provide when signing up (email address, encrypted password) as well as the information you enter for your properties (name, address, knowledge base). We also record anonymized usage data (message count, documents analyzed) for billing and service improvement purposes.
Your data is used exclusively to operate the Enki service: authentication, generating assistant responses, displaying your dashboard, and calculating your monthly usage. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
We use trusted third-party providers: Supabase (database hosting, authentication), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI message processing), Vercel (application hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot protection on sign-up and login forms). These providers process your data only according to our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us by email.

We only use cookies strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
