Enki is an AI assistant service for short-term rental hosts. It lets you create a knowledge base per property and make it available to travelers via a QR code.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use Enki for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to intentionally overload the service, and not to upload unlawful, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content.
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Enki. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We strive to keep Enki available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages.
Enki is provided "as is". Responses generated by the AI may contain errors; they do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. We cannot be held liable for decisions made based on these responses.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
